Great Combo For Glutes, Abs and Hips… This one might be a little advanced. To assess if an exercise is right for you post partum, check for excessive midline doming, excessive pressure going down into your pelvic floor, leaking and/or pain. Refrain from the exercise if these occur and participate in a good core rehab program.
