#healthyjunior - These yummy Fish Cutlets serves as perfect appetizers in any in-house party. They can be relished with tomato ketchup or any chutney. I made use of some leftover fried fish that was deboned and mashed. I added boiled and mashed potatoes along with other basic flavourings. You can as well add mashed paneer or bread crumbs too.

I would just love to have a plate of these crispy, healthy and flavorful Poha palak tikki with a cup of tea or as a party starter! 😋 These delicious tikkis are made with flattened rice (poha) and spinach, seasoned with various spices, and then shallow-fried to perfection. They’re the ultimate healthy and tasty breakfast or snack option! You can air fry them as well.

Ingredients :
1/4 cup Poha (Flattened Rice) 
1 medium mashed Potato
Finely chopped Spinach (Palak)
Grated Carrot and chopped Onion
1 finely chopped small Ginger Knob
Finely chopped Green Chillies (as per taste)
1 spoon White Sesame Seeds (Safed Til)
Salt as per taste
1 Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
Kitchen King Masala (as per taste)
