three white flowers in a silver vase on top of some straw and twigs with wood planks behind them

Each farmhouse, primitive flower is made from muslin fabric and the center is made from recycled fabric. They have been spritzed with my primitive stain that gives them their aged, rustic look. Their stem is from a natural twig and each twig is different in size and range anywhere from 10-12"long. They look great displayed in old jars, crocks or along with your other farmhouse, primitive summer or fall decor.

I fell into the black hole of Pinterest today while looking for a blue bird... a few other inspirations popped up I'd recently seen the tags on etsy so purchased them for Mom's clothes... I bring them home to wash but occasionally they get sent through the laundry after losing too many nice pieces it's time to label them Mom does not like her name... a vase filled with flowers sitting on top of a wooden table

Start with a canning jar seal and ring. Cut strips of material 1 x 5 Cut a square piece of fabric about 5 x 5. Tie your strips around the ring. Cover seal with 5 x 5 fabric and poly fill in between to make a little poofy Hot glue fabric all around the back of the seal Snap the seal into the ring. Hot glue a dowel rod to the back of the flower and cover entire back with a round piece of fabric or burlap. Hope those are clear! Have fun! Fabric flowers, what do you think?
