In this workout we’re using two Supersets of non-competing exercises to save on time.⏱️

Quick reminder - a Superset is when you perform one exercise straight after another and then rest.

⚡️A1) Single Arm Kettlebell Row 3x10
⚡️A2) Single Arm Hips Elevated Floor Press 3x10

⚡️B1) Standing Overhead Tricep Extension 3x10-12
⚡️B2) Horn Curl 3 x 10-12

Take 90-120’s rest between sets.⏱️
