    FAQ

    • What is a fanzine?
A fanzine (or zine) is a collection of fanworks created around a certain theme: this includes artworks, fics, merchandise, and other creation types.

    • What is the theme of this zine?
This zine is themed around the romantic relationship of Claude and Sylvain!

    • Is this zine for-profit or for-charity?
The zine will be for-charity! The charity we’ll support will be defined after closing the Interest Check.

    • Is this zine digital or physical?
The zine will be digital and physical, and will include digital and physical merch as well!

    • Will NSFW content be allowed?
No, this will be a SFW zine.

    • How many contributors will you accept?
After seeing the results of our Interest Check, we have decided to welcome in our team the following numbers of contributors:
      - 11 Page Artists
      - 2 Comic Artists
      - 7 Writers
      - 7 Merch Artists

    • Can I apply to more than one role?
Yes! However, you may only be accepted to one.

    • Aside from Claude and Sylvain, are other characters/ships allowed?
Other characters/ships may be included, so long as they’re not the focus of the piece and remain as background characters.

    • Will the zine include AUs (Alternative Universes)?
Yes, any AUs of your preference may be included!

    • May I share works in-progress I’ve done for this zine?
Work in-progress may be shared online with the mod team’s permission, but nothing more than 40% finished. Sharing progress within the zine’s server is perfectly fine and encouraged!

    • Will I be able to post/sell my finished piece?
All contributors will be allowed to post and sell their finished pieces after Leftover Sales have been fulfilled (should we go for a physical release). They may also use finished pieces in their portfolios at any time, as long as the link remains private until after the zine has been released.

    • How are you working to ensure this project is fulfilled?
We're all committed to treating this is in the most careful way possible. Mod Noirfos will carry out the roles of Finance & Co-Production, while Mod Arylaë will work as our Co-Production & Shipping Mod. Together, they'll collaborate to ensure all preparations are made in a timely manner for the time when preorders come.

Both mods have a history of successfully completed projects where they were involved as Finance, Production and Shipping Mods. Some of the mods in this zine have also had the pleasure of working closely with them in the past. You can find their full experience in the links right below:
      - Noirfos
      - Arylaë

Aside from this, we also have the emergency contact info from both Noirfos and Arylaë in (the unlikely) case external factors (such as health issues) make it difficult for them to fulfill their roles accordingly.

We're dedicated to ensure the zine is completed in the best way possible, and this includes providing transparency to everyone.

    • Will you be shipping worldwide?
Shipping will be fulfilled from Vancouver, British Columbia by Mod Arylaë who runs a reliable online shop year round and has been the shipping mod for 3 zines, all of which have offered shipping internationally to most locations.

As of early 2025, we are planning to ship worldwide except for the following locations:
      - The EU because of GPSR (we are currently looking for a solution around this and will make an announcement if anything changes)
      - Germany because of LUCID regulations
      - Israel, Palestine, Russia, and Ukraine because of the uncertainty of postal services at this time

Updates will always be made transparent should anything change due to certain circumstances.

    • My question isn't here, what should I do?
You can send your questions to our Bluesky, Tumblr and Twitter accounts, or you can send them to our email!
