Add 1/4 cup water and 1/2 tsp cinnamon to apples and then microwave for 3 minutes. ⁣ ⁣ While apples are warming, combine one mashed banana, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 TBSP maple syrup, and 1/2 cups oats.
