Either way, strengthening your glutes postpartum not only gives them a nice lift and tone, but most importantly it brings back stability to the pelvis after everything gets stretched out during labor 🥴. And strong glutes also mean a strong pelvic floor so it’s a win-win. 

Do each move for 45 seconds, 3 rounds. Do these moves 3x/week for best results.
