A custom Craftsman Coop that also has a duck house and duck dipper in Hamilton, VA. The henhouse is 8'x8' and is a shed/henhouse combo with pull out drawers for storage and plenty of ventilation for the chickens. The duck dipper feature allows for the ducks to get their heads wet without getting water all over the run, because you want a dry run to keep the chickens and ducks healthy.

We converted an old shed on our property into a chicken coop with an attached run. It was quite the process, as nothing in the shed was even close to being square or level. Our farmhouse was built in 1832, and I’m not sure exactly how old the shed is, but as you can see from the “before” pictures it’s pretty old and absolutely charming!
