(Please use caution if you try this activity with children under 3) To make the colored chickpeas just add a cup or so to a ziplock bag, add some acrylic paint and give the bag a good shake. When the chickpeas are fully covered, lay them out flat to dry on a piece of parchment paper. The peas will be fully dry in 10 minutes or less! We added some scooping tongs and Easter eggs to our sensory bin- what will you be adding to yours? #sensorybin #easter #easteractivity #activitiesforkids #parentinghacks #busymom # Bucketlist 2024, Rice Sensory Bin, Children Working, Tuff Tray, Best Shakes, Activities Preschool, Ziplock Bag, Preschool Curriculum, Sensory Bin

⭐️ The dried beans are inexpensive (I almost always buy mine from Target).
⭐️ You can color them with liquid watercolors (what we used here), food coloring, acrylic paint, or biocolor paint!
⭐️ The beans can be kept for YEARS!! 🎉

My favorite part is the sound 🤤

Comment “BEAN” and I’ll send you two tutorials-one for dyeing with liquid watercolors of food coloring and the other for coloring with paint.

Check back tomorrow to see how we transformed this into a darling Fall sensory bin. ♥️" Fall Sensory Bin, Fall Sensory, Liquid Watercolor, Friends Art, Sensory Bin, Dried Beans, Sensory Bins, Sensory Play, Chickpeas
