Saw this air fryer toast going around and had to try it with my own twist! It’s super simple to make and nutritious. 

🍞 Ingredients:

1 slice sourdough bread
7 tbsp cottage cheese
4 tbsp blueberries
1/2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp hemp hearts
A sprinkle of sea salt (I use Celtic sea salt) 
(Optional) Drizzle of nut butter

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

Spread cottage cheese on sourdough bread.
Top with blueberries and drizzle with honey.
Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 mins or bake at 400°F for 10 mins.
Sprinkle hemp hearts and sea salt on top.
