1 egg
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp chocolate protein powder 
2 tbsp sweetner of choice (I used maple syrup)
Optional: a few chocolate chips sprinkled on top, a drizzle of peanut butter would also be delish 

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a microwave-safe dish
2. Microwave for 1.5 minutes, until slightly firm
3. Let cool for a minute, top with choc chips & enjoy
