Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken cubes 500g
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tbs
-Mustard paste 1 tbs
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped ½ Cup
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Bread slices 4-5 or as required
-Cooking oil for frying

Directions:
-In a chopper,add chicken & chop well. 
-Transfer it to a bowl,add red chilli crushed,garlic powder,pink salt,black pepper powder,mustard paste, cornflour,spring onion,egg & mix until well combined.
