I split my ponytail into 4 sections and I spray each section with my @calianatural hydrating leave in to slightly dampen the hair and this also helps me to prevent frizz. I roll the Flexi rods under so that the curls fall towards my face, and the next day when I take them out, I usually add just a touch of oil to help reduce frizz. If I’m going for more of a “blowout” type look, I use a wide toothed comb and gently comb through the curls to loosen them up. I do this pretty much every night before bed and throughout the week the curls just hold better and better.
