Cut 10 inches of cording for a 7 inch bracelet for example. you want to have a few inches of cording on the end so so you have room to tie a knot.
gently pre-stretch your cording. You don’t want to pull apart the fibers just stretch it out a little bit.
add assorted beads. It is helpful to add a larger hole bead on 1 end to tuck knot & hide into.
when to finished adding beads take the two loose ends & Crisscross over the center. Take 1 side & loop over the other side of the elastic 2 times. This will form a 1/2 inch looped band.
