Don’t have a stand mixer? No problem mix it all in a bowl or countertop and knead!

‼️Tip!!! Warm place- I turn my oven one for ONLY one minute then place dough the first time will take between 1 hour and half the second time between 30-45 minutes

Ingredients: 18 doughnuts
For the dough
2 1/2 cups APF
1 1/2 cups bread flour or you can use a total of 4 cups of all purpose flour(APF)
Zest of 1/2 a lemon
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp instant yeast
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
8 tbsp unsalted butter
3/4 cups warm milk
For the jelly
3 lbs raspberries
Sugar I used 1 cup
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Pinch salt
