This healthy and wholesome Brussels Sprout Kale Chopped Salad is loaded with chopped kale, shredded brussels sprouts, roasted asparagus, broccoli florets, toasted pepitas, dried cranberries and parmesan cheese. Tossed in a homemade honey poppy seed dressing right before serving!
