Lady diana ring

Princess Diana's engagement ring was an unexpected choice for the woman who, at the time, was expected to be a future queen of England.

It was created by jeweler Garrard and cost at the time, 28,000 pounds sterling. This ring was neither custom-made nor unique and was, at the time of her engagement to Charles, featured in Garrard's jewelry collection to be readily accessible to the public.
