Everyday Healthy Series  Episode 6: Anti Hairfall Biotin Laddus 🥜

Recipe
¼ cup almonds
¼ cup peanuts 
¼ cup walnuts
¼ cup cashew nuts
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
¼ cup flax seeds
¼ cup garden cress seeds (Aliv seeds)
¼ cup sesame seeds
1 tbsp ghee
250 g dates
1 tsp cardamom powder

• Toast all the nuts and seeds (except the sesame seeds) on medium flame
• Add the sesame seeds and mix into the hot seed mixture (off flame)
• Grind the seeds in a food processor till a fine powder forms - do not over pulse it but it shouldn't have large nut pieces
• Fry the dates in the ghee and add to the food processor 
• Add the cardamom powder & blend till a clump of dough forms
