Ready for a killer leg workout WITHOUT lunges? 

Let’s do this! 💪 
All you need is a resistance band (fabric or regular). 

Follow these steps for a super effective routine that targets your legs and glutes:

1️⃣ Place the band under your foot and pulse it up. 
2️⃣ Switch legs and repeat on the other side. 
3️⃣ Move the band up to your thighs. This is a half sit: toe on the floor, heel up, and sink down, pulse with resistance. 
4️⃣ Repeat on the other leg. 
5️⃣ Side-to-side squat. Stay wide with the band for resistance—don’t let those knees cave in! 
6️⃣ Repeat on both sides. 
7️⃣ Pulse back: toe angled to the floor, heel up, and pulse with a slightly bent standing leg.

This is a great workout that’s going to be low strain on the knees. I actually filmed this workout about a year ago but thought it was worth a reshare and sound on for queues. I had knee surgery so I get knee pain as mine acts up too. Often times doing traditional leg workouts with squats causes people pain or their form is so off the moves arent effective so this is an entire lower body workout with no squats. Well, there is a seated squat in this workout but your only hinging at the hip in that so it doesn’t put stress on the knee at all like the traditional squat so that doesn’t count to me!!
