- 600g lean beef mince (5% or less)
- 1 egg
- salt and black pepper to taste
- cooking spray (I use chosen foods avocado spray)

Sear on High Heat for 1-2 minutes on both sides, till crispy, be careful not to over cook 🔥👨🏽‍🍳 

Garlic Bread Buns 
- 3 Aldi brioche burger buns 
- 40g light butter 
- 2 cloves garlic (finely diced)
- chopped parsley

- 60g light mayo
- 40g reduced sugar ketchup

1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
