Baked by Joyce on Instagram: "✅ SAVE THIS POST ~ Rainbow swirls using only 3 colors 🌈Rainbow Swirl Macarons🌈 These rainbow macarons came out so cute and with using only 3 gel colors: pink, yellow and blue! HOW TO MAKE RAINBOW SWIRLS: 1. Mix the dry ingredients with the meringue until incorporated but batter is still very thick 2. Split the batter into 3 equal parts 3. Add one color of pink, yellow and blue gel colors into each bowl 4. Glide the spatula over the surface of the batter to spread the gel color (this makes folding the color easier) 5. Macaronage the batter until batter looks glossy and sinks into itself after 15 seconds 6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the remaining 2 colors 7. Add each color batter onto plastic wrap in the order of pink, yellow, blue and a little bit of pink Swirl Macarons, Rainbow Macarons, Gel Colors, Cookie Tutorials, Blue Gel, Cookie Do, Rainbow Swirl, Plastic Wrap, Yellow And Blue
