House of Party on Instagram: "Ready to craft an awesome balloon flower? First, pinch and fold the end of your balloon over itself. Now, twist where the neck ends to create a pinch twist and pull the neck back through to secure it. Gently squeeze just above your twist to soften the latex. Next, create a second loop, making sure it’s the same size as the first, and twist to lock it in place. Continue this process until you’ve used the entire balloon. Now, inflate part of another 260 balloon, making a small bubble, and tie both sides. Twist this in the middle of your flower to add a stunning center. And there you have it—your very own beautiful balloon flower, ready to brighten any space! #balloondecoration #balloontutorial #balloontips #balloontipsandtricks #ballooneducation #houseofpa 260 Balloon Flower, How To Make Flower Balloons, Small Balloon Decorations, Balloon Flowers Diy, 260 Balloon Ideas, Balloon Twisting Ideas, Baloon Garland Ideas, Balloon Projects, Balloon Centerpieces Diy

Separately, take another cluster of four 12-inch white balloons and add a water-filled balloon for stability.  Inflate eight white linking balloons and connect them to each other and to the white cluster. Now, let’s add some details! Attach a foil number balloon to the first clusters. The best way to do this is by using a 260 balloon.  Secure the foil number to the other side of the linking balloon.
