Próbowałem załadować, z tym, że program proponuje ładowanie 4 programów: Flash Renamer 6.2

Jeszcze raz dzięki za info o tym programie czyszczaczu - bardzo ładnie i szybko działa. A przy okazji - czy wiesz jak na commons założyć brudnopis? Bo potrzebuję do prowadzenia spisu grafik załadowanych, a wymagających jeszcze jakichś prac, np. kategoryzacji. Na razie robię to na swej stronie dyskusji, ale to nie jest właściwe miejsce. Pytanie

Witam ponownie. Ladujac pliki w paru przypadkach popelnilem literówke w nazwie wsi czy jeziora. Np. tu [3] zamiast Siedlimów winno być Siedlimowo. Na plwiki jest opcja przenieś, a jak przenieść pod prawidłowa nazwę na commons? --Robert Niedźwiedzki (talk) 21:13, 20 April 2009 (UTC)

Dzięki za info. Byłem na Wielkanoc w gminie Jeziora Wielkie na S od Strzelna. Do Mogilna zajechałem chcąc obejrzeć romański klasztor, ale tam można wejść tylko z przewodnikiem, a przewodnik jest tylko jeden i nie miał czasu:( Zupełnie bez sensu. W Strzelnie też należy wejść z przewodnikiem, ale oni tam są, a nie jacyś wirtualni:) Tym niemniej w okolicy porobiłem mnóstwo zdjęć. Bardzo urokliwe okolice ! Zabytek ten jest nie tylko najważniejszy w gminie, ale i jest jednym z ważniejszych romańskich w Polsce, tym gorzej, że władze nie potrafią tego udostępnić turystycznie, zwłaszcza że w wielu znacznie gorszej klasy polskich kościołach ktoś czuwa i pokazuje. A romańskich budowli mamy w kraju jak na lekarstwo. Św. Jakub zresztą też był zamknięty na głucho i tylko dziurka od klucza daje nadzieję na podgląd:( Ale przy okazji, skoro mieszkasz tam, to może byś zrobił kilka fotek wnętrz dla commons? Tip: Add categories to your files

Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

[[Category:Category name]]

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]

[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

Please don't delete this file. The author of the album has shown his permission for releasing this file under GFDL license over a year ago. He released the entire album. Hey, there was a link to a forum page where the photographer specifically allows the images being released under GFDL license. I know it's in Hebrew, but I swear in the name of god he does allow them. So why you delete this image? Please revert it. There is no good reason to delete it. Please. Millau bridge

Hi Lukasz,

at User talk:84user#Millau bridge you asked me to look at this closed discussion on another Milau bridge deletion nomination.

I did look at that, but the situation remains confusing. So I asked for advice at Commons talk:Freedom of panorama#France and Belgium. I was directed to Commons:Deletion requests/Images of Viaduc de Millau which started in October 2008 and closed with delete in March 2009. The arguments for deletion look well founded, if Commons is going to abide by French or Belgian law. It seems that the bridge is considered to have sufficient artistic character (although I admit it does not look artistic to me). The only possibility is where the bridge is too small and not a main subject, then (I think) Commons can accept an image under Commons:De minimis. Or, the images could be moved to a local wikipedia that will accept them. -84user (talk) 20:35, 14 September 2009 (UTC)

You removed all Fabeltjeskrant photo's I just uploaded. They are absolutely not fair use. These are photo's made on television sets, given free under CC-SA-BY license by Beeld en Geluidwiki (Dutch broadcasters archive). Here you can read (in Dutch) that this also counts for images. Only screencaps are not under CC, but I didn't upload any. I'm only uploading CC-set photo's. Hi. Flickr licenses can be changed by their owners, without any control or limits. If I tagged it as CC, then it was CC at flickr in that moment, and later its owner changed the license to (c). Since the file has been deleted, now I cannot check if the file was uploaded by me, or I was the flickrreviewer, or what has happened. Anyway, it has been a long time since I made a contribution to commons.

Witam serdecznie. Mam pytanie do Ciebie jako admina na commons o niuanse między licencjami. Chodzi mi o to, by licencja zdjęcia wprost wymagała podania autora. Jednocześnie bardzo chciałbym uniknąć licencji GFDL, gdyż licencja ta to 10 stronicowy bełkot, w praktyce uniemożliwiający użycie przez kogokolwiek moich zdjęć bez dołączenia całej książeczki z warunkami licencji i wynajęcia sztabu prawników do sprawdzenia czy aby wszelkie wymogo GFDL spełniono. Jednym słowem - zdjęcie na GFDL nie jest, wbrew szumnym deklaracjom, na wolnej licencji.

A więc: kiedy ładuję własne zdjęcie to mam do wyboru różne licencje:

• podwójna licencja CC i GFDL "wymagane podanie autorstwa"
• licencja CC BY SA 3.0 "uznanie autorstwa Na tych samych warunkach"

Czym się różni ""wymagane podanie" od "uznanie autorstwa" ?

W dodatku po zastosowaniu samej licencji CC (np. tu [[4]]) mamy taki komunikat dla korzystających: "uznanie autorstwa – Utwór należy oznaczyć w sposób określony przez Twórcę lub Licencjodawcę. " i nic o uznaniu autorstwa tzn. podaniu autora.

Jaka więc licencja ma napisane w komunikacie dla czytelnika, że korzystając ze zdjęcia ma on obowiązek podać imię nazwisko autora?

witam, bardzo proszę o pomoc, jestem pracownikiem Urzędu Miasta w Mławie, internauci zasugerowali nam zmianę zdjęć pod hasłem Mława - http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/M%C5%82awa - i oczywiście słusznie. Technicznie już wiem, jak się zmienia zdjęcia, jednak mam kłopot z pozwoleniem na zamieszczenie pliku. Zdjęcia pochodziły z urzędowej strony internetowej, mamy do nich prawa majątkowe - były robione bądź na zlecenie, bądź przez pracowników Urzędu. czy takie oświadczenie wystarczy? kto ma je podpisać? Burmistrz?

Niniejszym zaświadczam, że jestem jedynym właścicielem wyłącznych majątkowych praw autorskich do plików pierwotnie dostępnych w www.mlawa.pl Pliki zamieszczono w projektach Wikimedia, jako [nazwy plików] Wyrażam zgodę na wykorzystanie wspomnianych utworów na zasadach licencji Creative Commons: uznanie autorstwa, na tych samych warunkach, wersja 3.0 ( http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/deed.pl ). Jestem świadomy, że udostępniając tę pracę na wyżej wspomnianych licencjach zgadzam się na jej komercyjne wykorzystanie i modyfikacje w zależności od potrzeb użytkowników. Cześć. Potrzebuję przenieść plik File:Marmota broweri (EH).jpg pod poprawną nazwę. Od autora z flickr dostałem info, że to zdjęcie świstaka zrobił na północy Alaski, więc załadowałem je na commons. Dopiero wczoraj sprostował, że było zrobione w Parku Narodowym Denali, czyli... na południu Alaski. Tam nie występuje Świstak alaskański (Marmota broweri), a jedynie świstak kanadyjski (Marmota caligata). Morfologicznie są niemal identyczne, więc biorąc pod uwagę lokalizację to jest świstak kanadyjski. Nie widzę w commons opcji "przenieś" jak to jest w wiki. Dziwne, bo np. Twoją stronę dyskusji mógłbym przenieść... Podaj mi proszę jak to się robi albo przenieś plik pod nową nazwę Świstak kanadyjski File:Marmota caligata (EH).jpg Jacek555 (talk) 18:04, 17 October 2011 (UTC)

Szanowny Panie, nie jestem pewna, czy ta droga komunikacji jest właściwa i pewnie mnie Pan wyśmieje, ale nie widzę tu innej możliwości skomunikowania się z Panem. Proszę wybaczyć, jestem jeszcze zielona jeśli chodzi o Wikipedię, Wikimedia itd, choć oczywiście wydrukowałam sobie i przeczytałam wszelkie poradniki wikipedystów. Piszę do Pana w sprawie fotografii o nazwie Marcin Liber.jpg. Oznaczył Pan ją do skasowania z powodu braku praw. Oświadczam, że jestem autorką tego zdjęcia i chcę je przekazać do domeny publicznej. Pisałam hasło w Wikipedii pt. Marcin Liber (reżyser teatralny) i dobrze by było gdyby to zdjęcie mogło hasło zilustrować. Proszę mi pomóc, nie wiem, jak mam udowodnić, że jestem jego autorką i, że ja to ja (czyli Izabela Bojarewicz). Czy przesłanie odręcznie napisanego oświadczenia będzie wystarczającym dowodem? Pod jaki adres? Może mnie Pan życzliwie nakierować przed upływem tych nieszczęsnych 7 dni, kiedy to zdjęcie zostanie usunięte. Proszę o to, bo hasło w Wikipedii już wisi, jakoś sobie poradziłam, choć kosztowało mnie to sporo pracy i czasu, dlatego nie chciałabym całego procesu powtarzać. OK, dziękuję za odpowiedź. Wysłałam maila z oświadczeniem wg. podanego wzoru. I tu mam jeszcze jedno pytanie, czy po akceptacji mojego oświadczenia to oznaczenie zdjęcia zniknie automatycznie, czy będę musiała coś zrobić sama, tzn. jakoś je odznaczyć, "opieczętować" w jakiś sposób, że zdjęcie ma pozwolenie?

korzystanie ze zdjęć na wikicommons

Witam,

Piszę do Pana z pytaniem, czy możliwe jest wykorzystywanie zdjęć dostępnych na Wikimedia Commons bez starania się o pozwolenia na publikację ze strony autora tych zdjeć. Sprawa przedstawia się następująco:

chciałbym umieścić kilka zdjeć z bazy WikiCommons na jednym z profili na facebooku. Czy można zatem normalnie wykorzystać te zdjecia,wstawiając je na portal fb (zamieszczając dane o autorze i źródle zdjecia), czy też trzeba się dodatkowo starać o zgodę na ich publikację?

Cześć. Wiem, że działasz aktywnie w WikiCommons, więc może miałbyś pomysł w pewnej sprawie. Otóż opublikowałem oba zdjęcia z nagłówka. Jednak po interwencji użytkownika i uzasadnieniu w polskiej wiki (znajdziesz to na mojej stronie dyskusji okazało się , że faktycznie obie fotografie należą zamiennie do drugiej osoby. Prosiłem o zamianę nazw użytkownika Marcusa Cyron, później też Masura, ale bezskutecznie. Co Twoim zdaniem można uczynić w tej sprawie, gdyż w obecnym stanie wydaje się to niezręczne. Pozdrawiam. Sorry but this link is not a reliable source, presented claims should be confirmed by official data. For example, as a Persian speaker I'm familiar there's website of Parliament of Iran with every single law passed in past 100 years, and if you search for "decapitation" (Persian: "سربُریدن" or "گردن‌زدن") you'll find absolutely nothing in criminal law. If you use Google, you'll find few articles:

1. Sharia law regulating the slaughter and fishing (quote: "ذبح شرعی- به نحوة سربریدن حیوانات و پرندگان حلال گوشت «طبق نظر فقهی مراجع عظام» گفته می‌شود."); it speaks about halal food, animals and fishes.
2. I'm well aware there are tons of unofficial material on English or other languages which claim something different, but it is a mere political propaganda, and it's officially unfounded. The map itself has been made on request by User:Muhammed Kabir, an atheist activist who is also responsible for other bizarre maps like one which suggest Communist PR China has grave violations against atheism. Wikimedia Commons is happy to announce that the 2023 Picture of the Year competition is now open. This year will be the eighteenth edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Wikimedia users are invited to vote for their favorite images featured on Commons during the last year (2023) to produce a single Picture of the Year.

Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year are all entered in this competition. These images include professional animal and plant shots, breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historical images, photographs portraying the world's best architecture, impressive human portraits, and so much more.

For your convenience, we have sorted the images into topical categories. Two rounds of voting will be held: In the first round, you may vote for as many images as you like. The top 30 overall and top 5% of most popular images in each category will continue to the final. In the final round, you may vote for just three images to become the Picture of the Year.
