Kategorien irischer Megalithen

Hallo AFBorchert. Beim Einstellen von Bildern irischer Megalithen ist mir ein ziemliches Durcheinander bei den Kategorien aufgefallen: mal sind es "Dolmens in Ireland", mal "Megaliths in Ireland", dann wieder welche "in Northern Ireland" und einige mehr.

Macht es Sinn, hier klar zu strukturieren?

Oberste Stufe: Megaliths in Ireland

Darunter: Portal Tombs in Ireland, Court Tombs in Ireland ...

Darunter jeweils: Portal Tombs in County Antrim, Portal Tombs in County Armagh ...

Dort dann jeweils die einzelnen Bilder bzw. bei mehreren Bildern nochmal eine Kategorie z. B. Haroldstown (Dolmen)?

Alternativ könnte man die Reihenfolge zwischen Typ und County auch umstellen:

Oberste Stufe: Megaliths in Ireland

Darunter jeweils: Megaliths in County Antrim, Megaliths in County Armagh ...

Dort dann jeweils die Typen: Portal Tombs in County Antrim, Court Tombs in County Antrim usw.

Dort dann jeweils die einzelnen Bilder bzw. bei mehreren Bildern nochmal eine Kategorie z. B. Haroldstown (Dolmen)?

Ich bin der Meinung, dass man nicht nochmal zwischen Nordirland und der Republik unterscheiden sollte, da durch die Kategorien zu den einzelnen Countys schon unterschieden wird. Im Moment geht das sowieso durcheinander.

Noch etwas: ich war bei der Kategorie Kilsheelan Motte zu schnell und hatte zunächst "Killsheelan Motte" angelegt. Diese kann natürlich gelöscht werden

About Commons:Deletion requests/Carl Johan Adlercreutz

It is simple to change the interwiki links to Commons in the Wikidata (w:Q958784) item to the category. If that is all that is needed to delete this poorly-created gallery, I am happy to do so, just let me know. Should I do so and ask again for deletion in a new deletion request? Hi JopkeB, thanks for asking. I would recommend to discuss at COM:VP how to proceed with poorly created one-picture galleries that just take the role for the main target of the interwiki links. As this is not a singular case it is best to get input from the community here. Then, after a consensus has been found, all the cases shall be bundled to one deletion request, see COM:MDR.
