Deutsch: Die Applecross-Halbinsel ( Gälisch: A' Chomraich, "Der Rückzugsort") ist eine Halbinsel in Wester Ross in Ross-shire an der Westküste Schottlands. Der Name Applecross ist mindestens 1300 Jahre alt und wird lokal nicht gebraucht, um das Dorf aus dem 19. Jahrhundert mit 238 Einwohnern und Pub und Postbüro zu bezeichnen, das an der kleinen Applecross Bay liegt, die vom Inner Sound von der Hebrideninsel Raasay getrennt wird.

English: The Applecross peninsula ( A' Chomraich, 'The Sanctuary' in Gaelic ) is a peninsula in Wester Ross, Highland, on the west coast of Scotland. The name Applecross is at least 1300 years old and is not used locally to refer to the 19th century village with the pub and post office, lying on the small Applecross Bay, facing the Inner Sound, on the opposite side of which lies the Inner Hebridean island of Raasay.

Scots: Aibercrossan, frae the Pecht Aporcrosan meanin 'mooth o the [river] Crossan', is a peninsula in Waster Ross on the wast coast o Scotland.
