English: The former residence of Sinclair Lewis is located at 1639 19th Street NW in the Dupont Circle neighborhood of Washington, D.C. Constructed in 1876, the building is a contributing property to the Dupont Circle Historic District. In addition to Lewis, notable residents have included Costa Rican ambassador Fernando E. Piza and American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association president Vasilios I. Chebithes.
