There is no FOP in Lithuania.

The monument was compeleted in 1996 by Vytautas Kašuba (1915–1997). There is no freedom of panorama in Lithuania. The copyright term of the country is 70 years, and the image can be undeleted in 2068.

See comment below file list ... SM:!) (talk) 07:25, 25 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

It's a pity there is not more focus by some on progressing Lithuania to allowing FOP so that the great work of the artists, sculptors and creators of the country can be more widely appreciated and presented to the rest of the world in essentially a non-commercial environment. It is relatively much easier to delete someone's work from this forum than to create it in the first place, and in some of the photos nominated the work in question (eg Vilnius Landmarks 103.jpg) is not the primary focus of the image or the work is essentially in shadow so not a challenge to artistic content. From past experience it is probably a forlorn hope but reconsideration of the images included in the above list would be welcomed, not only by the photographers but by those interested on selflessly promoting the work of Lithuanian artists. --SM:!)
