Per Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Germany stamps of Germany are copyrighted until at least 70 years after artist's death. In this case the artist of these stamps, Lothar Grünewald, died in 2001. So these images should be deleted until at least 2,072.

Deleted: Grünewald is named on the two 1963 stamps, so these are protected for 70 years pma in Germany just like the post-1965 stamps. The files can be restored in 2072, except for the one stamp from 1977, which is protected in the US for one year longer, so it can be restored in 2073.
