Approximately 4500 files, mostly photographs and coat-of-arms.

Nearly all photographs have small resolution and no exif data, lots of them are found on the web at different sources, uploaded earlier that at commons and with different creators. Not own work of the uploader. Lots of uploads have already been deleted.  Delete all photographs as suspect copyvios.

Coat of arms of Russia are tagged accordingly but possibly should be checked if this is appropriate. --Krd 06:35, 20 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Kept for the moment: no DR templates withing the file pages. Found minmum some which seems not to be cpvios. Please check and tag them iniviualy i.e. with Help:VisualFileChange.js --JuTa 08:36, 10 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Probably not own works: small resolutions, many files can be found on Panoramio or similar sites (using Google Images).

Save the images of COA and flags. They have {{PD-UA-exempt}} template, free to use. In the case of low resolution we can upload the new version with better quality. But till it was not uploaded we have to use the presented versions. --Yuriy Kvach (talk) 07:20, 6 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

15 is very much, if user stole 15 files, he may stole others too. If he is author of these photo, he can upload photos in large resolution. // 15 — це ж не одна чи дві. Якщо вкрав 15, то нема гарантії, що він не вкраде ще 20…--Anatoliy (talk) 20:31, 8 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
