All these photographs were not taken by the uploader but by professional photographers (who are in most of the cases named in the filename). Unfortunately, there was never an attempt to send the permission to our support team for these pictures for nearly 10 years. See here for a related discussion.

@AFBorchert: Ich hatte gestern Kontakt mit Christian Nielinger. Er teilte mir mit, dass er noch nie Fotos in die Wikipedia oder auf Commons hochgeladen und auch keine Genehmigung an OTRS geschickt habe. An die Fotos von Herrn Zagrosek wie File:Zagrosek Lothar 3 lachend klein DSC 4288 Christian Nielinger.jpeg konnte er sich erinnern. Er will sich in einigen Tagen wieder melden, da er im Urlaub ist. Es bleibt auch noch zu klären, wie die Genehmigung 2008 von seinem E-Mail-Account an das OTRS-Team kam. Hystrix (talk) 14:55, 12 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Hystrix: Hm... ich habe mal einen Link auf Deinen Kommentar bei ticket:2008061010093418 hinterlassen und etwas Analyse hinzugefügt. Mich würde es sehr überraschen, wenn das nicht von Christian Nielinger kam – aber leider lässt sich das nach einer so langen Zeitperiode (knapp 10 Jahre) nicht mehr vollumfänglich verifizieren. Wenn er sich erneut an das Support-Team wendet, sollte sich das klären lassen. Wenn Du mit ihm in Kontakt stehst, wäre es vielleicht interessant zu erfahren, wie er zu den oben genannten Bildern von ihm steht, für die wir überhaupt keine Korrespondenz vorliegen haben. Deleted: per nomination. Though it's not the subject of these files, I think it is vanishingly unlikely that ticket:2008061010093418 was fraudulent, instead I think the submitter has much more likely just forgotten having given permission for that file 10 years ago. In any case, while it would be great to get the photographers' permission, until we have it, these cannot be kept. --Storkk (talk) 13:02, 18 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
