Rationale, discussion and results

User:Anitnovic2016 is a sock of User:KatorseNiAmang and have been using the above mentioned IP to remove deletion tags from their uploads that appears to be copyvios. See 1, 2, 3. This history sum it up. For the record, w:User:KatorseNiAmang has been confirmed as a sock puppet of w:User:Anitnovic2016 on the English Wikipedia. Just to clarify, en:User:KatorseNiAmang and en:User:Anitnovic2016 were determined to be sockpuppets of en:User:Ronald Galope Barniso, who was indefinitely blocked on English Wikipedia for threatening other editors among other things. -- Marchjuly (talk) 01:52, 5 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Taivo: I added another IP to the list. In addition, KatorseNiAmang just made this edit to a file uploaded by FSUUpedia Restore Division that I tagged as lacking proper permission and this edit to another file that I tagged for DR. This is the similar to what Anitnovic2016 and IP 180.190.78.200 were doing to various files tagged for deletion or no permission: they were adding PD tags to any file being challenged without providing any proof that the work, etc. was really in the public domain. -- Marchjuly (talk) 04:54, 12 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
This post made by KatorseNiAmang is almost identical in tone and content to this post made by IamUrian. It seems a little unusual that two posts made by completely unconnected editors would be so similar and that too unconnected accounts would suddenly appear in the same DR discussion in support of each other. -- Marchjuly (talk) 05:44, 12 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
It's also unusual that IamUrian would be editing files uploaded by Anitnovic2016 which have been nominated for deletion like they did here and here to correct this edit made 10 minutes earlier by Anitnovic2016. IamUrian also commented here in a DR regarding one of Anitnovic2016's uploads. If these accounts are not the same user, then they do seem to be working together as meat puppets to try and keep files nominated for deletion reviews or tagged for not having permission. -- Marchjuly (talk) 05:54, 12 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Note: I've categorised this with Ronald Galope Barniso as the master, as 1) that account is the oldest (and Confirmed on en.wiki) and 2) for easier reference/parity with en.wiki's master, i.e. w:Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Ronald Galope Barniso.
