Reason: I suspect these accounts to　be socks used by Arthur Blum to evade their block. Same kind of questionable uploads related to images of en:Prince Luiz of Orléans-Braganza. Two of the accounts ("Ragnarkhorrangor" and "HRH Prince Paul") were created in the past few days, while the "Royalcello" account was dormant for more than two years before suddenly showing up to upload File:Domluis20182.jpg and File:Domluis20182 (crop).png. en:User:Ragnarkhorrangor has already been check-user confirmed on English Wikipedia to be a sock, and I'd expect these other two to be verified to be the same in the near furture. -- Marchjuly (talk) 04:51, 14 May 2018 (UTC)

• HRH Prince Paul and Ragnarkhorrangor are Likely. Royalcello is technically Unrelated. Arthur Brum is stale, and was at the last check, so comparison is not possible (although the en.wiki finding is all that's needed). Эlcobbola _talk 14:48, 14 May 2018 (UTC)
