Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: See File:Balakumar rao chinna.jpg, Special:Undelete/File:Malayan_Balakumar.jpg, and Special:Undelete/File:Balakumar_rao_chinna.jpg. The master, the socks identified above, and some previously identified socks (such as ) have all uploaded the same exact personal photograph to Commons repeatedly across multiple file names. This looks like abuse of multiple accounts—some but not all of which are already blocked as of the time of my writing—and I am requesting a checkuser to take a look in order to check for sleepers. — Red-tailed hawk (nest) 03:01, 4 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

  • Declined - All accounts are already blocked and there is no evidence on offer to establish why sleepers would be likely ( Checkuser is not for fishing)--to the contrary, Balakumar chinnathambi Rao and Balakashyap were blocked by a CU (me) months apart and no sleepers existed at those times.
