Rationale

  • Reason: After creating his user page with a "Hello" message, went directly to the QIC page to promote within 1 hour 12 pictures of the user Danesman1 (also rejected one of Danesman1 and approved another one from a third user), which didn't deserve that status (me and JDP90 moved them to the CR section). It took me years to find the QIC page. Hard to PGF Poco a poco (talk) 21:16, 11 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Turns out to be not quite as described above, see my unblock at User talk:Danesman1. Danesman and Danesman1 are the same person, the latter created by misunderstanding. Pollycat is a friend of Danesman who edits using his computer. I am going to unblock her and suggest that she avoid the appearance of meatpuppetry. .     Jim . . . .
