Rationale, discussion and results

Reason:

  1. this user with both of his account, which i mentioned in above, is labeling to my uploaded files and User talk:Mohammad Mir shahnoory ‏
  2. this user has not used its main account since (13 Aug.)
  3. this is its first labeled file and it is clear is not newcomer to Wikimedia comments
  4. this user with both of its accounts is labling my uploads files Category:Saint Sarkis Church - Chenaqchi-ye Olya village in this series (6 files)
  5. act of this user with both of its accounts is hounding

  • Declined - Per COM:RFCU, "When you request a check, you must include a rationale that demonstrates (e.g., by including diffs) what the disruption to the project is, and why you believe the accounts are related." (underline in original) That different accounts have indicated issues with your uploads is not adequate evidence of a connection. Further, even if it were, such editing is not necessarily abuse. As far as I can tell: 1) Hashmat56 nominated two of your files for deletion ([1]); 2) two weeks later, Mycommonsw nominated four of your files for deletion ([2]); and 3) neither account has had any interaction with you, before or since (neither account, further, has any edits to sister projects). This is not disruption or harassment. To the extent the DRs are poorly premised, "Checkuser is a last resort for difficult cases; pursue other options first." Even if the accounts are related, please note that "alternative accounts are not forbidden, so long as they are not used in violation of the policies" and "Tracking a user's contributions for policy violations is not harassment".
