Rationale

• Reason: Lgk1776 says like he knows what the global-locked accounts were doing.

업로드를 하는데 사용된 계정들이 Global Lock을 당한 것은 해당 사진때문이 아니라 사진을 업로드하는데 사용된 계정을 이용해 호기심으로 인터넷으로 아동포르노나 중요부위 노출사진 등을 Upload 하다가 Global Lock을 당한 것으로 보입니다. 한개의 컴퓨터에서 여러계정을 쓰는 것으로 보아 다중계정이거나 공용 컴퓨터에서 로그인을 한 것으로 보이는데, 차단된 계정이 다중계정이라고 해도 보안상의 이유로 다중계정을 사용한 것으로 보입니다.
[3] : 토론 내용 중에서 "Explicit images"와 [4]의 내용을 확인하지 않고 아동포르노나 중요부위 노출사진을 호기심으로 올리다가 차단된 것으로 보입니다. 삭제된 파일명에 penis와 "기록 동작이 제거됨" 부분이 아동포르노나 중요부위 노출사진으로 보입니다. 위 내용으로 보아서는 아동포르노나 중요보위 노출사진과는 관련이 없습니다.

하지만 Ilhuween이라는 계정을 이용해 아동포르노를 업로드를 한것이 문제가 되었는데 그 계정을 로그인하는데 사용된 컴퓨터가 차단된 계정이 로그인되는데 사용된 컴퓨터로 로그인되었고 거기에서 문제가 되어 위 계정들이 차단된 것으로 보입니다.

Translation as follows:

The reason uploader got locked looks like curiosity about uploading child porn and other types of porns. It looks like they are using multiple accounts in one PC, or they use one accounts in public PC. Even if the locked accounts were socks, it looks like it is for security reasons.

Unless Lgk is the sock, I don't believe he knows why Ilhuween uploaded child porn. Also, as their interest (Korean millitary) matches too, I suspect all these locked account + this one is connected to each other. Even though Lgk is registered on June 2014, it looks like Lgk was sleeping until these accounts were locked. Their photo's EXIF data says "XAMMING CAMERA" or other manufacture that I and Stefan4 have never heard of (See this DR).

Results

Results regarding Lgk1776 are Inconclusive; there is no evidence from CU data that he is related to the other accounts. --Krd 16:07, 11 January 2015 (UTC)

While I can somewhat see how Krd came to the conclusion he did, I would say that Lgk1776 (talk · contribs) is Likely related. The technical evidence in addition to behavioral evidence on the English Wikipedia leads me to believe this is the same person. As such I have blocked Lgk1776.
