Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: Possible block evasion. Suggested by User:HouseOfChange who has been keeping an eye on some vandalism on en:w; they thought uploads by new account Xobrook matched pattern of blocked Lobods123, so asked on my talk page. Seems to me reasonable to look in to. Infrogmation of New Orleans (talk) 23:11, 1 December 2021 (UTC)

I added 2 Cardiff-based IPs from en-wiki that have been using files uploaded by Lobods and Xobrook, unconstructively. I noticed that the first image uploaded by Xobrook is said to be taken in Cardiff. HouseOfChange (talk) 02:15, 2 December 2021 (UTC)

I only see two accounts here, and both are already blocked. We cannot comment on the IPs. --Krd 17:14, 7 December 2021 (UTC)
