This speech was delivered by Ali Shariati (1933-1977) at Hosseinieh Ershad Institute and released on cassette tape thereafter. The audio file would fall in public domain in Iran because the creator died before 22 August 1980 and more than 30 years from the date of publication has passed, in case the institute (a legal person) would claim copyright.
