Genaue Fundortangabe ist wünschenswert. Die Datierung ist um ein Wesentliches zu jung angesetzt, beide Becher stammen, nach typologischen Gesichtspunkten datiert, aus der frühen Glockenbecherkultur.
Um 1800 v.Chr. ist in Baden (d.h. der Region um Bruchsal) nicht mehr mit der Glockenbecherkultur als solcher zu rechnen. Jüngste, noch der Glockenbecherkultur zuzuordnende Funde aus Süddeutschland datieren um 2000 v.Chr. (zB. Sommersdorf-Deggendorf in Bayern, etwa 2150 +-150 v.Chr.)
