How do you want to explain, that "Image:Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (coat of arms).jpg" is ok, but "Image:Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (lesser Coat of Arms).jpg" isn't ok! If you can't it, the second file is a derivation of the small Coat of Arms from the first file! And "Image:Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (Great Coat of Arms).gif" is more accurate version of the great Coat of Arms of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania!
So it's legal, because it's official!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's also interesting that "Image:Saxony-Anhalt (Flag 1947-1952).gif" is ok, but "Image:Mecklenburg (flag).gif" isn't! Both are historical flags! And how do you want to explain, that "Image:Flag de-mecklenburg vorpommern civil 300px.png" is ok, but "Image:Flag de-mecklenburg vorpommern service 300px.png" isn't ok?! Hi Thuresson, I think it's no problem for us and we can use it. We must only write the words "Schwäbische Alb" in there and use the image in an article that have something to do with the "Schwäbische Alb" (for example touristic things). I think it's just public domain with restrictions.
The digital pictures can be used worldwide, provided that they concern publications about the Swabian Alb or treat similar touristic topics regarding the Swabian Alb, and in which the Swabian Alb is mentioned.
