Our first steps help file and our FAQ will help you a lot after registration. They explain how to customize the interface (for example the language), how to upload files and our basic licensing policy. You don't need technical skills in order to contribute here. Be bold contributing here and assume good faith for the intentions of others. This is a wiki ‒ it is really easy. More information is available at the Community Portal. You may ask questions at the Help desk, Village Pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (direct access). You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at Commons talk:Licensing. |

Deletion of photo (Liron in 2016)
[edit]i spoke with her and she said she changed it. i checked her site and underneath the photo it said creative commons liscence 4.0 and it had a link. is this wrong? what do you need to do in order to create a creative commons photo? she is very responsive so if you tell me what to do, i bet i can get this figured out in a few hours, she is very happy that i'm making her a wiki page, but i want to do it right and i don't know if i am lol

- Now that it has been tagged with the creative commons licence it is hopefully OK, but the administrators here will decide whether it is correctly tagged. It didn't have that tag when I nominated it for deletion. In future you need to ensure that copyright matters are addressed before you copy to Wikipedia. --David Biddulph (talk) 08:02, 3 August 2018 (UTC)
