You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Overwriting and renaming

Hi, welcome to Commons. I see you requested some renames that are not in line with our file renaming rules. You're trying to improve file names. This is not allowed we try to offer stable url's. The user how renamed it shouldn't have done this. I also noticed you overwrote an artwork image even after you were warned. We have a long problematic history with users overwriting artworks with "better versions" often with wrong colors, missing sourcing or even a completely different artwork. Just upload it under a new file name. We basically have a ban on overwriting artworks unless it's the exact same photo of the exact same work in higher resolution. I don't know, I feel I have to disagree with the first point you're making here. In Commons:File renaming, point number 4 states : "To harmonize the names of a set of images so that only one part of all names differs." You may think I've done it for only a category, but I had in mind a way to unify all the paintings that are in the Louvre right now, so I felt justified in this renaming.
