SO I’m trying to get into the groove of writing for agere in a non-fandom way. I have a trio of OCs, but I can’t think of how to introduce them in an organic way? I might just jump right into the agere part to start but I don’t have ideas for that either lol. Prompts are super appreciated! Also lets all pretend they’re not glorified reskins of alfred and bruce okay

Sloane is a professor of gender studies and literature at Hartwood University. She is a distinguished elder butch in her late fifties. She is extremely paternal, a bit of a bleeding heart. She cares deeply about each of her students and wants all of them to reach their full potential. She has no children of her own and has never been married, resulting in a slightly lonesome, longing existence. She yearns for connection but often gets held back by her anxious nature.
Rue is a maintenance worker at Hartwood. She is in her thirties, and has settled into a quiet life of repair work at the school. She enjoys her job because it doesn’t have many social aspects - Rue struggles with social cues and often comes off as intimidating. She is extremely intelligent but never had the funds for higher education. Sloane recognizes her talents and takes her on as a protege, hoping to convince her to apply for a full ride scholarship. The two of them grow a close bond, Rue seeing Sloane as a father figure.
Amelia is Rue’s mom. She is also in her fifties, and never married Rue’s father. She is a smart-mouthed mechanic trying to make ends meet between her and Rue’s less than lavish salaries. Amy is protective of Rue and very responsive to her needs, she loves having her around even if people are judgmental about her daughter stilling living at home. She’s funny, impulsive, and a bit immature, but she knows how to get the job done when she needs to. She flirts relentlessly with Sloane.
It’s a found family situation, with a little romance between Sloane and Amy. So yeah, lmk if you have situations you want to see them in!! Thanks for reading byyyye

It’s 10:30 pm and I’m getting ideas I will never fufill but…
What about an original agere zine!
A compilation of short stories, art, and activities that revolve around non-fandom agere. I’d have to kickstart it I think, because ideally it would be a physical book, but I like the idea.
that or an anthology? similar idea, but only words, and I could write it all/mostly myself. something to think about…

Movies!
I went to the movie theatre recently and I forgot how cool and fun it is. I'd love to go with Alfred!!
Yes I see the irony in going to a movie theatre after what happened to the waynes but we're not gonna talk about that lol
I think we'd go to a legacy movie theatre, one that plays really old movies on film. Probably a classic that Alfred likes and wants me to see. Maybe he even knows one of the stars! A lot of older actors started on the stage. He'd take me to meet them afterward, and I could ask all the questions about how they used to make movies :>
I enjoy movie snacks, Alfred absolutely would not lmao. I think he'd literally throw up if he had one (1) handful of movie popcorn. I feel it in my soul. I, however, tear up movie popcorn. Especially when I put mnms in it! Will I feel awful later? Yes. But that's future mes problem. And also future Alfred's. But he knows how much I enjoy it, so he let's me indulge.
I am a chronic whisper-during-movies person (I swear I try not to) but Alfred would not allow that. I don't think he'd shush me exactly, he'd be nice about it. "You can tell me all of your thoughts after the show, cherub. Manners matter."
I think he'd make a special effort to find theatres that turn the volume down for some showings. Or even ask (with his good pal 50 dollar bill) the attendant to turn it down just this once. Both him and I have sensory issues, so the volume is an issue sometimes. But if there's a will there's a way!
He is... old. He falls asleep during movies for sure. He swears up and down he was awake the whole time but he wasn't, lol.

Hi guys. As you can probably tell, I’ve kinda dropped off the last few months. I’ve been in school full time and working part time, and it’s taken a lot out of me. I’m extremely burnt out. I’ve done doodles here and there, but I can’t find the time or energy for finished pieces. know this is deeply unprofessional, but I find it to be the only option at this point -
