You can move files to Commons very easy with FileImporter. But you have to move the files one-by-one. The reason for that is that users are supposed to check the files before they move them to Commons.

If you know how to work with pywikibot there is (or were) a script that can move many files. But I have not used it for years.

Perhaps you could check the files in Categori:All Wikipedia files with the same name on Wikimedia Commons and Categori:All Wikipedia files with a different name on Wikimedia Commons and delete them if they are transferred correctly? I can run a script to see if there are other files that are also on Commons but not tagged with a NowCommons. I suggest to add two links to the NowCommons template so it is easy to make a new log to add on Commons if the file were not transferred correctly also easy to move old versions of a file if that is relevant. You can see the links at te:మూస:Now Commons for example.

If you plan to move many files to Commons perhaps it could be good to use AWB or a bot to correct the file pages first (if something needs to be fixed). For example on Delwedd:1. yr olygfa at y mor.jpg there is a text like "gwp" and "oes".
