Oh quite on the contrary, Shrike is actually quite fond of him, likes to playfully bully the guy. He knows there’s nothing to be afraid of when it comes to Nedry, he’s all bark and no bite, at least that’s what he’s come to know.
You can infer from my previous posts in his tag that they get along quite well, due to a shared interest :] Shrike could personally do without the binds, though.
This catch-and-release kind of friendship/playful nemesis-ship is definitely not unlike something akin to Doofenschmirtz & Perry the Platypus but even more lighthearted, if that’s even possible.
