How to Grow Microgreens At Home
1. Fold a wet paper towel over 3 times. 2. Put into a shallow container with a lid. Sprinkle chia seeds over it. 3. Mist the seeds and cover. Put in a dark place. 4. Mist the seeds once a day to make sure they are wet. 5. Once they start to grow, uncover and leave in a sunny area. Mist daily. 6. Harvest when the leaves are open and the microgreens are about 3-5 cm tall.
