Now, twist where the neck ends to create a pinch twist and pull the neck back through to secure it. Gently squeeze just above your twist to soften the latex. Next, create a second loop, making sure it’s the same size as the first, and twist to lock it in place. Continue this process until you’ve used the entire balloon.  Now, inflate part of another 260 balloon, making a small bubble, and tie both sides. Twist this in the middle of your flower to add a stunning center.
