Grab yourself some antique bells off amazon which I have linked in my profile under amazon favorite > DIY favorites, I also linked some comparable jute string for you that would work perfect! Measure your just string a few feet longer than your mantle, it’s always better to have to much and cut off excess then not have enough! At this point strong your bells together, tying each one as you go, I space my bells about 4” apart and frequently checked the length against my mantle until I got to the end, then I batched 5 together and 3 together and tied those together for the hanging bell section!
