These creamy gochujang noodles are the perfect thing to make when you haven’t got a huge amount of time (they’re ready in 10 minutes!). This recipe is very similar to my other creamy garlic noodle recipe that went viral on social media. Similar to that recipe, this is heavily inspired by the classic Chinese dish (You Po Mian) and the role of oil in the dish really brings out the aromatic flavour of garlic and spring onion. No matter your plans this weekend, I reckon you need these noodles in your life! 

You need:
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 250ml water (+ more if needed)
- 1 nest noodles
- 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- Squeeze of honey
- 70g grated mozzarella
- 1 spring onion
- Sesame seeds

Heat a pan over a medium heat then add the sesame oil. Finely mince the garlic then add to the pan and fry gently for a couple of minutes. Add the gochujang and fry for 2 more minutes. Add in the water (*see next step for notes on water) and mix to disperse the gochujang.
