These baked oats are so delicious, easy to make and perfect for meal prep!

What you need:
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 400ml milk of choice (used almond milk)
- 1 tsp cinnamon 
- 200g organic steel cut oats
- 50g vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder 
- Pinch of salt
- 150g blueberries 
For topping:
- 50g low fat greek yogurt (you can subs to coconut yogurt)
- 20g protein powder

*For extra sweetness add maple syrup or top with some honey
*This batch has 6 servings.
* Bake at 170C for about 35 mins or until golden brown.
